School Premises Maintenance – Keeping pupils and students safe and secure!
The build team have been incredibly busy over the last few months, repairing and improving school premises in the area. Here’s just a taste of the kind of jobs we undertake and some pictures to go with them:
- Re-laying slabs and re-pointing walls and replacing missing coping stones at a school in Derbyshire! Hot work, but essential to grab the opportunity in the holidays!
2. Gate post reinstated for an infant school in Derby – The gate post was rotten and cracked, with plenty of movement in evidence, so this was dug out and a new timber post re-set and the gate re-hung. Postcrete and cold-lay tarmac forms a solid and firm foundation for the new gate post.
3. Fencing for a non-mainstream learning provider in Derbyshire. For these sites boundaries ensure privacy, security and are essential for safeguarding pupils. If your school site has boundaries that need maintenance work or even replacement or reinstatement, give us a call!
