Cabinet Relocation in Newbury

We were contracted by an IT company to relocate an existing comms cabinet from inside a cupboard area where a leak had developed above it as a result of a roofing defect. This location and predicament is far from ideal, so Box09 went to work! Over a weekend we removed all of the existing equipment and cabling terminations from the old cab and installed a brand new bigger cabinet into an open plan office area. All the equipment was moved over and a full cab redress was carried out which saw all the existing cables and patch panels organised, tidied up and labelled in an appropriate manner. The customer now has an improved comms cab which is accessible, tidy and organised, plenty of room for expansion in the future, and more importantly is safe and in an optimal position for their IT staff. There was no downtime for their business as the job was done out of hours.
